The Carso series is inspired by the typical phenomenon called "carsismo" of the city of Trieste which, by its geographical location, is a bridge between east and west blending Mediterranean and European characters. Individually hand-made pieces using high quality materials adds to the artistic value of the pieces and transforms the objects into contemporary solutions of interior design.

About Returns and Refunds
- How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
- What if I receive a damaged item?
Products received with damages such as broken rods, cracked glass panels, dented doors, or other transportation-related damages, these will not be considered as defects for direct return. Under such circumstances, we will provide you with a free replacement of the damaged parts (such as glass panels, doors, etc.). If you prefer not to receive a replacement and wish to proceed with a return, we will handle it as a normal return but may charge a return fee up to 35% to cover the additional costs and losses incurred by the return. Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping fees from the refund amount.
- When will I receive the refund?
After receiving your return, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to credit back to your original payment (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit card: 3-5 days). If you still have any problem about refund, please get in touch with us at [email protected], we will reply you as soon as possible.
